What to Expect

Find your ritual: grounding meditation, gentle yoga, and intentional time in nature — all designed to be accessible and practical for everyday life. You'll leave with a better understanding of meditation and simple tools to carry the feeling home.

in yoga philosophy, Pratyahara invites us to withdraw from distraction and turn our attention inward. We'll explore what it actually feels like to drop out of your head and land fully in the moment.

❋ Be Where Your Feet Are

Sangha, the concept of sacred community, teaches us that practice deepens when we're in it together. Something shifts when you slow down alongside other people.

❋ Collaborative Energy

in yoga, the concept of Abhyasa — consistent, devoted practice — teaches us that transformation happens in the small moments after the retreat ends. You'll leave with simple tools and a personal practice you can return to, again and again, wherever your feet are.

❋ Find Your Ritual

yoga's principle of Ahimsa, or non-harm, extends beyond the physical — it means creating an environment where you can show up honestly, without judgment. Emma and Callie are here to guide you every step of the way.

EMMA HAMBURG

Hi, I'm Emma! Yoga found me and slowly rewired the way I move through the world. Not just physically, but mentally and spiritually too. The 8 Limbs gave shape to something I'd always been chasing, a practice that blends breath, movement, mindfulness, and intention intosomething that lives in the body long after practice ends. I'm endlessly grateful to be a vessel for this ancient wisdom and to pass it on to anyone ready to receive it.

CALLIE DEMAY

Hi! I’m Callie. I started yoga in my living room with a mat, youtube videos, and a big fluffy dog underfoot as a way to calm my busy mind during the covid pandemic. After just one class in a hot studio, I felt a true sense of belonging – the physical practice spoke to my athletic nature and the beautiful community spoke to my peace-seeking heart. Yoga is where I tap into my creative spirit to enable connection – to your body, your breath, your mind and your community. My purpose is to enable a warm and welcoming space to help you feel grounded in who you are and empowered to grow.
